Password Reset for Windows Login

Does this apply to you?: If you haven't signed into your Google account since July 7th, you must complete this password reset.

What's happening: To ensure proper synchronization with Google Workspace, all users must reset their school account password.

• Details about the password reset process:
  • You will be prompted to change your password the next time you log in to a Windows computer at school and on the school network
    • If this deos not occur, you PC most likely wasn’t connected to the wifi when you first logged in. Make sure your connected to the internet then hold ctrl+alt+del on your keyboard and click ‘Reset Password’
  • Your new password must be a minimum of 8 characters long
  • You may have account login problems until you complete this reset

Mobile Device Email Setup After Password Change

Important: After changing your password, you'll need to update your email settings on your mobile devices.

• Steps to update your email on mobile devices:
  • Open your phone's email app or Gmail app
  • Go to your account settings and update your password
    • For iOS Mail app users: Go to Settings → Mail → Accounts → select your school account → update password
    • For Android Gmail app users: The app will prompt you to enter your new password when needed
  • If problems persist, you may need to remove and re-add your account with the new password
  • You will not be able to use your school provided email on a mobile device that deos not have access controls enable, ethier Face ID or a passcode

Note: Using the official Gmail app is recommended for the best experience with our new Google Workspace.

• All web applications now use your Google account to log in

• First-time logins to new websites will require IT approval

• Your domain is locked down for security - this is intentional

• Expect approval delays of 24-48 hours for new applications
